So Obama’s proposed plan announced today in the midst of a debt crisis is to make it so all cars and light trucks need to have a  54.5 mpg average by 2025 and said its “the most important step we’ve ever taken in reducing our nation’s dependence on foreign oil” but while in Brazil in March, after investing $2 billion in Brazil for oil production, he said “We want to help you with the technology and support to develop these oil reserves safely. And when you’re ready to start selling, we want to be one of your best customers.”  What a hypocrite.
